WebApr 10, 2024 · It seems it is connected to Bing and the sidebar. I disabled the sidebar options but Bing is still appearing and when it does then the Shell Page loading issue occurs. WebAnyway here are my two solutions. In all cases it requires you to go to the folder where Firefox configuration and profile data are present. I am using Linux and this folder is situated at ~/.mozilla/firefox/. For more information, see the Firefox support page .
