WebI have "No parking" on my garage doors, it's ignored every day. It's very difficult to remove cars from private land. If you get it towed you would be liable for any damages if they occur. Council will only help in limited circumstances, police tell you to contact the council. WebThat’s great thank you. Long term we want to keep using the parking space. I can now appeal the ticket on those grounds but long term they said that it is legal for them to put a parking ticket on private land if it is beside a double yellow. I can’t find any law or info online that backs this up or supports my argument
